Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the links between thoughts (“cognitions”), feelings and behaviour. Your thoughts lead to feelings. Your feelings lead to behaviours. Your behaviours can, in turn, positively or negatively influence your feelings.
